European Managing Director for a £30 million turnover business for 12 years. During this time, Brian successfully drove the business's expansion from 5 branches to 43 throughout Europe, managing 67 direct staff and 340 through distribution networks.
He has provided high-level business consulting for various enterprises across the UK, EU, USA, and Cyprus. Notably, he was contracted with the Cyprus Government HR department to train businesses in all aspects of starting and running a profitable enterprise—from sales & marketing to staff training and digital marketing.
As a Renewable Energy Consultant, Brian helps both start-up and established businesses with Solar panels, battery storage, ASHP, and wind turbines. He assists in passing MCS & RECC-HIES applications, establishing supplier credit accounts, introducing sales and marketing methods, and implementing admin workflows with bespoke CRM software.
Over the last 30 years, Brian has personally trained over 10,000 sales and marketing staff, specializing in franchise network setups and sales distribution management.
